Guru Siyag humwingiza mwombaji&nbsp; katika GSY kama mfuasi wake kwa kumpa neno la sala ya kiungu&nbsp; &#8212; kulirudia kimyakimya muda wote wa saa na pia humfundisha mbinu ya kutafakari. Kurudia kuimba (Japa) neno la sala ya kiungu kunakuwa bila hiari wakati kunaporudiwa mara kwa mara muda wote kwa kipindi cha muda fulani. Hata hivyo hii inategemea moja kwa moja na kiasi cha bidii, imani na usafi ambao kurudia kuimba kunafanyika. Katika hali fulani kurudia kutamka\/kuimba kunafanyika bila hiari baada ya zaidi ya wiki tu ya mazoezi wakati katika mazingira mengine inachukua wiki mbili au hata miezi michache.
