Guru Siyag's Yoga

  • GSY practitioners can follow a lifestyle of their choice. GSY does not require practitioners to change their lifestyle in anyway.
  • GSY does not impose any dietary restrictions.
  • Guru Siyag has not laid out any moral code-of-conduct that the disciple must abide by. Such a system, according to him, is unnecessary. • A seeker in any part of the world can experience deep meditation by simply meditating on Guru Siyag’s photograph.
  • Guru Siyag does not insist on seekers meeting him in person for initiation.
  • Initiation into GSY via video/audio CD, TV telecast or internet video is as effective as in person initiation.
  • If a seeker is unable for some reason (practitioner is a young child or is unconscious or mentally disabled) to chant Guru Siyag’s mantra and do the meditation, any other initiated close relative or friend can chant and do the practice on his behalf.
  • Guru Siyag does not offer courses or conduct classes.
