Several times in the past when Guru Siyag was asked what the best way was to promote his Yoga, he said, “Share the website with people. My physical body can only go to a few places but the website can spread the mission’s message far and wide.” Guru Siyag was a modern day Guru in the sense that he was well aware that the world was shrinking; he knew that technology would connect humanity. He encouraged his disciples to use the internet to get people interested in GSY. The many social media pages and websites of GSY help disciples from all over the world stay connected with each other.

In promoting his mission, Guru Siyag made sure that his disciples were completely independent: He laid great stress on building a relationship with the inner Guru and not being dependent on any person or body for spiritual progress. He said that the divine Kundalini force, much like other natural forces such as light, wind, rain etc., does not need an office or institution to do its work nor can it be bound by them. By housing such a wide vision within a structure, we would limit the work of Guru Siyag’s mission only to our immediate geographical location. Guru Siyag’s disciples are not confined by the rules or offices of any organization but are free to practice and promote his yoga anywhere in the world.
